The Roma Cleanweb Hackathon will be held the weekend of Friday November 30th through Sunday December 2nd 2012 and hosted by the Roma Tre University.
Participating teams of developers, designers, and volunteer professionals are invited to create and present web/mobile applications that allow each of us to have a positive impact in the areas of energy, water, waste management, transport and, in general, on the environment.
Participants are free to propose any projects relevant to the themes listed and may make use of open data, data provided by the event partners, or bring their own data. At the end of the competition, “live” applications are demonstrated to the jury and the public. The best of these win awards.
The event is open also for developers and partners from abroad and is thus held in English.
